Therapy creates space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface (your emotions, patterns, past experiences & nervous system responses).
Coaching helps you take that awareness & turn it into practical change, clear decisions & new ways of moving forward.
Sometimes you need one more than the other, sometimes you need both.
We’ll work out what feels most supportive for you.

Sessions are offered online or via phone call so you can access support from the comfort of your own space.
Reiki Sessions are in-person only in Launceston, Tasmania.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports you nervous system, emotional wellbeing & energetic balance.
It works by helping your body move out of stress & into a more restorative state, which can create a sense of calm, clarity & emotional release.
People often describe feeling lighter, calmer & more grounded afterwards, usually with new clarity & insight following.
Reiki can be supportive on its own or alongside therapy & coaching, especially when words aren’t enough & your body is holding things your mind can’t process.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s ok! You don’t need to come in with the perfect plan.
✦ If you’re wanting emotional support, deeper self understanding & practical tools to navigate what’s going on - Therapy & Coaching is usually the best place to start.
✦ If you’re feeling energetically heavy, emotionally drained or needing nervous system support, I’d recommend some Reiki Sessions.
✦ If you want higher accountability & support, guidance between sessions via WhatsApp messaging & already know you want multiple sessions, I’d suggest we chat about my Longer Term Support Option (3+ months)

It’s normal to be nervous & not sure how a session will work, especially if it’s your first time seeing a therapist or coach.
I find the best place to start is where you are right now, with what has brought you to seek therapy.
You don’t have to have the right words, a clear plan or your whole story organised. You can come overwhelmed, messy, emotional, confused, shut down & unsure where to begin.
We just start with what feels most present for you right now & work from there.

That depends on what support you need & what you’re moving through.
Some clients come for a few sessions to work through a specific challenge, life transition or goal (around 3-6 sessions).
Others prefer ongoing support for deeper healing, self exploration nervous system support & long term growth with accountability.
There’s no fixed timeline or pressure to commit, but I do generally recommend a minimum of 3 sessions.

Individual Therapy & Coaching Sessions - $160 for 60 minutes
Reiki Healing - $100 for 75 minutes
Mentoring for Professionals - $180 for 60 minutes
Longer Term Support 3+ months - from $3,200 (payment plans available)
