So…what actually is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle hands on (or near the body) energy healing practice that helps calm the body, regulate your nervous system & support emotional wellbeing.
It works with your body’s natural ability to heal by helping to shift stress, emotional heaviness & tension that might be keeping you stuck & depleted.
Many women describe Reiki as feeling:
Deeply relaxing
Emotionally lighter
Clearer mentally
Grounded & more themselves again
Less anxious, heavy & overstimulated.

Each session is designed to feel incredibly calming, supportive & completely judgment free.
We begin with a short chat about how you’ve been feeling emotionally, energetically & mentally.
From there, you’ll lie down fully clothed in my cosy, relaxing Reiki space while I guide the session using gentle Reiki energy healing techniques.
Some women feel deeply relaxed & even fall asleep.
Some become emotional.
Some feel warmth, tingling or heaviness release.
Some just feel much calmer afterwards.
There’s no right or wrong, each session meets you where you’re at.
After the Reiki, you get a cup of herbal tea & we debrief what came up, what I noticed, what you felt, any visuals or ‘downloads’ I received & talk from there.

My approach to Reiki is grounded, intuitive & deeply supportive. I’m not here to overwhelm you with spiritual jargon or make you feel like you need to ‘ascend’ to heal.
As a trauma informed Social Worker, Coach & Reiki Practitioner, I bring a mix of compassion, emotional depth, nervous system awareness & intuitive support so you can feel genuinely held & supported.

A 90 minute session is $100.

It varies person to person & what you are wanting support with, but generally I recommend a minimum of 3-4 sessions & then we can re assess.

Not at all. Many women book in because they just feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally heavy & want support that helps them in this way.
Some clients are more spiritually inclined or interested & curious about this, but it is not a requirement to experience the healing benefits of Reiki.
